Why our team sits in the middle
Buyers and suppliers do not exchange contact details on K-MARKET HUB until a conversation has started. Our team receives every inquiry first, checks that it is a genuine sourcing request, translates it for the supplier and relays the answer back in English. This keeps suppliers' inboxes free of spam, protects both sides' contact details, and means you get one accountable point of contact in Korea rather than a list of email addresses.

Who operates K-MARKET HUB
K-MARKET HUB is operated by Bridge to Business, a Korean export agency based in Seoul. We review every listing, translate inquiries for suppliers, and follow up until buyers receive an answer.
